|Recommended: YesNot bad — A was a bit nervous starting out because a few friends who had lived here previously said their apartment had roaches. So far I have seen one roach crawl out of a drain. One bug flying around in my room. Aside from that we just have a dead wasp nest on our patio so whatever really. Everything is in pretty good condition and I think I wanna stay till senior year honestly.

|Recommended: NoForum is ok. — Moving in, to start, we weren't given majority of our keys, nor a wifi password which is included in rent and we still are without wifi . Next, there were many problems with the unit upon move-in. The AC was broke, we didn't have a TV remote, our dryer didn't work, and the apartment was still dirty and covered in pet hair from the previous people who lived here. Although, I do love the maintenance staff. Kendric was so sweet and helpful when coming to fix the work orders I put in during the first weeks. I do think that the units are pretty nice size, I just wish there was more effort in making sure the unit was prepared to be moved into.

|Recommended: NoI did not expect this level of bad — This place is very dirty. I just moved in and I had to file 5 maintenance request cause so much is broken. For this price this level is service is insanely poor.

|Recommended: YesReview — Everything is okay, other than the dirtiness of the apartment. which I was highly disappointed in. From seeing dust to dirt on baseboards, walls, blinds, and pretty much everything. There cleanliness is in need of help but other than that everything is great.

|Recommended: NoApartment not cleaned — The apartment did not allow us to move in for a week for cleaning purposes and yet the floors were absolutely disgusting and there is excess dirt and grime everywhere
