|Recommended: NoThe forum is pretty unfair — Ive had problems since before i moved into this complex revolving around a roommate situation but since moving in everything has been fine.
|Recommended: NoIs it worth it — I'm not sure I can recommend living here. Upon walking in, the apartment looked like it had not been cleaned in decades and when I tried walking into my room, the door was locked. I don't recommend.
|Recommended: No4 310 B — Apartment was disgusting waited for maintenance to fix my ac 3 times and I’ve been here 9 hrs and it’s still not fixed. Holes in walls. Doors are broken.
|Recommended: YesExtremely helpful maintenance staff — I put in a work order for my bathroom, and in less than 24 hours someone was able to check it out. Kendric was very friendly and professional, and the whole process took less than three minutes Overall, I'm very satisfied with how everything was taken care of, and have Kendric to thank
|Recommended: NoI would not recommend living here. — I have had nothing but issues since I moved it. Some staff are very helpful but others aren’t. Slow maintenance.
|Recommended: YesForum Denton — Good parking availability.
|Recommended: NoForum at Denton Station — Neighbors are super loud, building reeks of weed all the time, trash pick up is really late in the day, front office generally unhelpful, maintenance takes forever to fix things or clears work orders without showing up at all.
|Recommended: YesPersonal review — This apartment has been nothing but good to me I absolutely love staying here
|Recommended: YesVery nice — for the price the place is amazing
|Recommended: YesBeautiful — i’m living the atmosphere
|Recommended: YesReview — Pretty good
|Recommended: YesNoise — My only issue is how loud the train is and how late it passes. The apartments themselves are well kept and I haven't run into too many issues.
|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — The Forum seems to be one of the better student living apartments in the area. The apartment was fairly clean and had only had a few things that were broken or missing. It's close to campus and has two buses running to the front of the complex which is a plus.
But, maintenance took two weeks to fix our dryer and did not have the part to replace the broken piece. It was very frustrating to not have a fully functioning dryer since move in. Move in was also very chaotic with many of their systems being down. Parking near in front of our building is always difficult. You either get the very last spot somewhat close to your building or have to walk from far away.
|Recommended: No50 50 — If you get a tradition apt type things are just more fun down and dirtier looking, the moderns are way better
|Recommended: YesSatisfied — I like living here.
