submitted by Paige R. - |Recommended: YesIt's livable — There's cracks and hole in walls and a door. Our backdoor doesn't close all the way. Tv volume doesn't work we can't turn it up or down. And there are ants coming in through our sinks.

submitted by Brooke G. - |Recommended: NoIt's alright — I have only been living here for 2 days and I have to say that I am only living here cause my friends already lived here and they are my roommates.
submitted by Avery W. - |Recommended: YesNo effort to clean or fix things properly — So far the office has been very helpful when needed and the staff is all very nice, which I appreciate. However, once I actually got into my apartment it was clear that the complex took no time to clean the apartment before move in as I spent most of the first day just cleaning the room, which was disgusting. In addition it was clear the tenants before us left LOTS of damage to the apartment itself and every effort to fix these problems was clearly sloppy and will just create more problems later. I understand these apartments are old, but come on you could at least put in a little effort to make the price worth it. Also I decided to add on covered parking late which I understand they have limited spots and I was okay parking a little further however I was told I would be parking in front of building 13 and its not even close to building 13. I don't care that its far but I would appreciate the staff not straight up lying about where the spot actually was.

submitted by Julie R. - |Recommended: YesForum Apartment Review — Overall great living quarters. I like the amount of parking spots around the buildings and the rooms are spacious for many activites. I enjoy moving around my room at home so I happy there is enough space to move around furniture.
submitted by Mason M. - |Recommended: YesReview — The maintenance is a fairly slow and hard to get ahold of.
submitted by Brianna P. - |Recommended: YesNot too bad, but not perfect — Unit came dirty, found spiderwebs and had a few bugs, what i believe is mold in one bathroom vent. Besides that, not too bad

submitted by Isabella M. - |Recommended: NoDirty — My apartment is extremely dirty. We waited for so long because you all were “cleaning”. It is so filthy in this apartment. I have submitted my inspection and I would like for you guys to please come back up and repaint and clean the apartment. My fan is FULL of dust and my bathroom is horrendous. Thank you.

There were no roaches and bugs painted over in landlord white however, the unit was significantly depreciated in quality compared to the appearance of the unit we toured. My roommate's sink was clogged with a bar of soap, there was a leftover bottle of Fabuloso in the cabinet thanks to the last tenant , 3 4 of our light switches did not work or have incredibly strange quirks, and worst of all, our patio lock is super hard to lock. There is a gap to the outside which we've given the tenant special by smothering it in masking tape until someone comes to actually do something about that, but given the late response only prompted by multiple attempts on our end to communicate a key issue, I have little hope that it will ever be resolved. It isn't the worst. The neighbors aren't loud, the walls are decently thick, and the hot water works. It's a cute living space, and other than the duct tape holding a fridge shelf together also thanks to a previous tenant , it's an alright place to live considering the relatively cheap price compared to other places with far worse reviews. Live here, or don't. All I can say is that the luxury of having a private room to myself beats out a dorm no matter what hiccups my roommates and I encountered yesterday and will inevitably encounter in the future.
submitted by Jeffrey B. - |Recommended: NoCockroaches — I am in building 10-106, my common area and bedroom is infested with cockroaches and filthy. We found old avocados, broken LEDs, dust, holes in our walls, cockroaches everywhere, a broken icemaker, a broken dishwasher, and our blinds are broken in every room. I had a terrible first night due to fear of cockroaches all over my place. This is unacceptable for an apartment that costs over 850 monthly. I expected better.
