|Recommended: YesI Would Live Here — My Daughter lives here I feel she is safe, and the property is quiet. The only concern is the trash, the containers need to be larger to accommodate the amount of trash young adults have. Seeing trash piling outside the door is not welcoming.

|Recommended: NoNot the best 1st impression so far — First impressions are important and nothing against the staff that work here, but the processes in which things are handled have not been effective so far. Honestly, this is not a bad place to live since it’s close to campus, it’s affordable, and it’s very spacious. Move in was quick and easy, and they did have welcome events for us during the first week, which was nice. But it has taken weeks to get maintenance requests completed biggest 2 were not having a working dryer for 3 weeks after move in not having our deadbolt pin for the sliding glass door on the 1st floor . It has taken weeks to get resolutions from the office after move in proof of my move inspection so I’m not charged after move out , and the quality of the make ready for this apartment was not very good. We’ve already had ants on our countertop and that’s after spraying everywhere, some of the baseboards are unsealed or cracked, and all of the cabinets have scratches on the wood with the laminate coming off. The staff are friendly but if you’re looking for quick resolutions to your issues, then I haven’t seen that so far. Once these issues are resolved, it may change my mind, but my first impression is unsatisfactory.
|Recommended: NoMaintenance staff unprofessional — I've had two maintenance requests - one that was completed but the box that the part came in was left on my floor, two feet from my trashcan. The other is said to be completed but the issue is still unresolved wires hanging from my ceiling where the smoke detector should be.

|Recommended: YesApartment Living — There's been some inconveniences since I moved in, missing the lock to my room door, water leak, etc. I feel like if kept and maintained this space is perfect for a community of young college residents.
|Recommended: NoIt's alright — It's better than my last apartment, but the walls are thin, we still have a leak that has yet to be fixed, and finding parking near my building can be a pain.
|Recommended: NoThis place is terrible — My first day here my stove almost caught on fire, my washer flooded, there’s broken glass on the stairs, and none of this has been fixed in over a week.
