|Recommended: YesIs pretty good for student living — The only thing that really irks me is how dirty the grounds are. But that is what you get when you have a bunch of college students living here.

|Recommended: NoNot at all what they make the place seem to be — Would not recommend living here at all, apartment staff and especially the leasing manager make this complex seem so much better than it actually is. They never mentioned that you’re preferred roommates aren’t guaranteed and ended up splitting us up and putting us with complete strangers even though we signed the lease last november and did not get an update on this until late june where there’s basically no possible way for them to actually fix anything. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here unless you move into a unit with tenants who have been and are still currently living there and keep their spaces clean. I have put in 3 maintenance requests for the same issue all with high priority and the issue has yet to be fixed. Before you move in they berate you with saying you have to have certain things complete otherwise you can’t move in during the allotted move in period even though once you get here to move in there’s lots of units that were not cleaned and there were many people including me who did not have keys because they didn’t have them yet or they were lost and just seems like something that should have been handled before move in since they wanted to make sure that we had everything ready for them it only seems fair that they do the same for us as we are the ones paying to live here. Overall I would highly recommend not living here, there are many better apartment options that are more upfront within a very short distance from this complex.

|Recommended: NoApartment Not Ready — The apartment was filthy and the air filter was clogged. There was dirt all over the floor on move in day, my sink is stopped up and has maggots, and my bathtub will not drain. Overall, I do not think this complex really cares about standards of cleanliness. Friends have had issues with staff being rude. Also the grounds are dirty, the grass is all dead, trash is everywhere, and there is dog poop in the grass that people don’t pick up
|Recommended: YesIt’s okay — It’s a cute place, but my ac and smoke detector have not been fixed since I moved in. I also have an ant problem as well
|Recommended: NoMove-In Review — The apartment did not look as if it had been lived in for a bit. There were cockroaches and spider webs throughout the living areas. The counters were filthy. Objects missing from some rooms and wall mounts and doors that were damaged. I am convinced that no cleaning was done at all before move ins due to the state of the apartment. Other roommates had trouble with locks on the doors not working and having to get the locks changed to be able to get in the door. The walls and mounding have a dark tint that was probably caused by some smoke that stained them. Tape was left by a previous owner and not removed or cleaned up by anyone. We had to deep clean the entire apartment just to be able to live without bugs crawling out of every cabinet and behind appliances. The air conditioning was also not working when we arrived and had to wait all day for someone to finally come and fix it which was very irresponsible since my mother almost fainted in the apartment with how hot it was getting. Overall it was a very unprofessional and unhygienic move in.
|Recommended: NoIt’s dirty — When we moved in there was mold in the vents paint on the walls and the floors in my room were just dirty. Not to mention the dirt and paint on my desk. We wanted to move in a week earlier but we weren’t allowed because they said they needed time to clean and inspect the apartment. They didn’t clean a thing. In move in day they were trying to charge me money for my ESA even though they approved him a week before. They are not organized multiple had the wrong keys or missing key. They told me they would redo my floors today and replace my desk at around 9am they still haven’t came. Not to mention the vent in my room doesn’t even work. This all happened in a span of 24hours.

|Recommended: NoApartment are disgusting — My room had dead roaches everywhere, live roaches in all of our rooms, and kitchen, my tub floods up bad, my internet is not working at all, also air conditioning took forever to come on.
|Recommended: YesMove In — Everything went smooth with minimal issues or questions. Apartment was cleaner than we expected.
