|Recommended: Yes. — I believe the rent is a little pricey compared to other college apartments but it’s still a nice apartment just need to lower the price a little bit
|Recommended: YesForum — Everything overall was okay but it was mainly the maintenance that truly made things difficult. The washer and dryer more specifically. And outside floors were always filthy. I even tried cleaning the whole third floor and it stayed that way for about 2 weeks and then got disgusting again.

|Recommended: No2 years experience — Over my time living here, the living space had roaches that were only solved by my work, a leaking fridge that was never repaired, and extra added layers of bs payments for moveout. The management team are nice people, but having lived here this long I would find it hard to mark them considerate.
